Real-time environments assembled and lit in Unreal Engine 5, with cameras that behave like real lenses.
Month 3
A previs sequence: blocking, lensing and timing decided in the engine before any shoot exists.
Month 6
In-camera composites — live action framed against a real-time background, with matched lighting and correct parallax.
Month 12
A finished virtual-production short and a previs reel, which is a portfolio two different departments will look at.

Most of this catalogue is a software and production craft, not a drawing exam — modelling, compositing, editing, level design and design tools are all taught from first principles. Where a course does lean on drawing (character design, storyboarding), it starts from basic shapes and construction, not raw talent.
